“I have learned so much on this programme, not only about the theory of medicine, but also in practice. I was really surprised by the amount of practical workshops that we had. We were all nervous about doing the dissections in the beginning, but over time we became really comfortable with it. The teachers are so passionate about what they are doing, and created such a nice, relaxed environment. I now feel so much more confident for when I go back to school.”

“The course has really helped me to understand what would be expected of me during the first year of studying medicine at university. It was amazing to the have the opportunity to do dissections, which we don’t get in school; it taught me about anatomy and how we need to understand how organs work on the inside in order to treat the outside. My favourite workshop was with the doctor from Imperial College London who told us about applying to medical school. We even went to Kings College University, it was really useful to see what an actual university looks like.”
