Mr Wong, Teacher of Computer Science, was honoured with an invitation to Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Chinese New Year alongside His Majesty King Charles III, The Queen Consort, and HRH Anne, Princess Royal.
His invitation was in recognition of his volunteering work at the Chinese Information and Advice Centre, a free information, advice, and support organisation to support disadvantaged Chinese and East Asian nationals living in the UK.
In addition to work with CIAC, Wong is a regular volunteer for organisations such as Team London Ambassadors, part of the Mayor of London Volunteering programme, and Saracen Pioneers, representing Saracens Rugby Football Club. Through his generous community service, Mr Wong serves as a model ambassador for Kensington Park School, and we are delighted that his hard work was rewarded with such a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
