KPS Sixth Form is celebrating the remarkable success of its Class of 2024, who have achieved outstanding A level results with nearly 60% of all grades falling within the A* – B range and the same percentage of students attending a Russell Group university this Autumn.

Among the institutions welcoming Kensington Park School graduates this autumn are University College London (UCL), the University of Warwick, King’s College London, the University of Edinburgh, the University of York, the University of Southampton, the University of Glasgow, and Boston University in the United States. The exceptional results reflect the school’s commitment to academic excellence and its supportive learning environment.

“This year group have been one of the most affected by Covid disruption in their school careers, so they deserve even greater credit for the success they have achieved individually and collectively: I feel very proud of them all. ”
Mrs Sushma Bunger, Head of Sixth Form

Our Headmaster, Mr Antony Faccinello, said, “in a year where A level grade boundaries have continued to rise to match pre-Covid standards, I am delighted that the academic focus, hard work and determination of our KPS Sixth Form students and staff have been rewarded by such strong results. It is hugely exciting that our leavers have secured their places at top universities in the UK (60% Russell Group) and abroad.”

Mrs. Sushma Bunger, Head of Sixth Form, expressed similar pride in their efforts adding that “this year group have been one of the most affected by Covid disruption in their school careers, so they deserve even greater credit for the success they have achieved individually and collectively: I feel very proud of them all.”

As the Class of 2024 prepares to embark on the next chapter of their lives, their success serves as an inspiration to future cohorts at Kensington Park School. We look forward to sharing the GCSE results next Thursday 22 August.
