KPS summer school is a two-week day and residential summer programme where students from all over the world come together to learn in a friendly and collaborative environment, taking part in interactive workshops and seminars. Outside the classroom, you will explore the UK’s vibrant capital city, experiencing first-hand its beautiful parks, world-class museums, historic houses, magnificent art galleries, and much more.

Art & Design

This programme was more than I expected! I chose art because I am a creative person, and I have definitely widened my range of art skills. Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming, not just the students but the teachers as well - you feel part of a community. Now I know what I want and what my interests are - I definitely want to study in London because of this course!

Business & Entrepreneurship

The course was really well organised and the trips especially were great as they allowed us to see the theory we had been learning. The workshops were also really interesting as they helped us to develop practical skills which we don't really focus on in school, like public speaking and critical thinking. The course really pushed me out of my comfort zone - I have gained knowledge of business, experienced living in another country, and met lots of new people!

Drama & Theatre Studies

I learnt so much that I didn’t know before, not just about being on stage, but about lighting and choreography, what makes a good performance, and that it’s not that easy to learn a script! The programme has helped me to overcome my fear of performing in front of others and my social anxiety; I have become more sociable and the people have made me so happy – everyone is so nice and accepting!

You will make so many memories during your stay here, make new friends, and be treated with kindness and support from the staff. I loved living with new people in the boarding house and exploring London together. Overall, it has really helped me to prepare for university.

Law, Politics & International Relations

On the first day of the programme I didn’t think I would understand anything but I learnt so much! I have gained knowledge about politics, as well as the history of UK law and how it works, and a lot of new concepts like idealism, populism, and different types of democracy. The classes were very interactive, there were lots of debates which everyone could participate in and express their opinion. The classes are so interesting, you meet people from all over the world and you are in the best part of London, close to everything.

Medicine

I have learned so much on this programme, not only about the theory of medicine, but also in practice. I was really surprised by the amount of practical workshops that we had. We were all nervous about doing the dissections in the beginning, but over time we became really comfortable with it. The teachers are so passionate about what they are doing, and created such a nice, relaxed environment. I now feel so much more confident for when I go back to school.

*Boarding located on a separate site. All students are chaperoned to and from school each day via public transportation. Visit our boarding page to learn more about our outstanding accommodation.

**Day fees include lunch, insurance, weekday excursions, closing dinner and boat party, but exclude all other evening and weekend activities. These may be booked for an additional fee.
